The Breckenridge Nordic Center hosts a variety of Nordic events every year. These have been created with our desire to provide an opportunity for people of all ages and abilities to become actively involved in the “Lifetime Sports” of Cross Country Skiing and Snowshoeing.

The development of Nordic outdoor skills and snowshoe hiking enhances self-image, builds strength, agility, flexibility, endurance and aerobic fitness. These benefits carry over into personal improved health and to all other aspects of a whole person, frequently resulting in a healthy lifestyle and increased community participation.

We’ve spent our lives in service to a variety of able bodied and disabled athletes, children with developmental challenges, at risk youth, families, our Colorado and Summit County residents and visiting guests from around the world by creating an environment that’s friendly, supportive and challenging to whatever level the individual wants to take it to.
